new to pally healing...im having oom issues..help.

ive never been a paladin healer. i decided to level 1..5 mans are great i feel great i can heal forever. come to a raid..with in 5 minutes im very oom used everything i could to get mana back...how do i fix this? im spamming cheap heals and non mana heals to have people not die...is there a rotation or something? HL isnt cutting it and the rest costs too much.

The only way I kept up with the mana consumption at the beginning was to stack spirit gems/enchants, go to raids with the spirit flask/food and really dutifully watch divine plea and arcane torrent (as a Belf) to get the most mana back whenever it was off cooldown. You should link your armory page for more help.
