[A] <Divergent> 13/13 HC, 3d/w - Ravencrest EU LF Mage/Lock
Hello MMO-Champion Guild recruitment forum reader!
We are <Divergent> a 10 man 3 day raiding guild located on Ravencrest EU, a well populated, Alliance heavy, "English", PVP server. We are currently looking to recruit a Mage or a Warlock for Siege of Orgimmar raiding and beyond.
Some information about us for you to consider:
We raid 3 days a week: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 19:30-23:30 CET
Our roster currently contains 10-11 people
We currently use a very flexible and transparent loot council. (i.e. everyone talks to everyone and generally loot drops are pre-agreed between individuals beforehand.)
We don't think there's any need to have officers in a 10 man guild so there are none. Every main raider can type in the officer chat. Trials should be an open conversation between us and you, so we manage each other's expectations, some trials take longer than others, but normally it should be pretty clear if the fit is right pretty quickly.
Everyone is 20+ years old and either working or studying, and all have been playing since at least WoTLK but most even longer.

Opportunities when progress ends to play alt raids, do CMS and a large number of social/friend members who really make the guild a great place to be.
Essentially, we want to have the best results possible when raiding whilst keeping a reasonable schedule and having an absolute blast at the same time. This is why we have a core team of players that have played together for several years.
What we look for from you:
You need to perform well, and when we say perform well, we mean you constantly try to improve your play and be the among the top of your respective class/spec. (note that performance isn't the same thing as damage/healing meters, at least not always)
We would like that you have an alt that you play equally well as your main character and that you also play your class' offspec(s) well enough to be useful in heroic raids, flexibility is key in 10 man and particularly on limited time schedules.
Have the right attitude. We don't want e-heroes, or people that moan and drag the raid down, but there's plenty of room for trash talking (Falx, i.e.) and trolling each other as well as having a good time. To ensure that you do fit into our group, we will probably chat with you beforehand.
