Yea I don't play Diablo 3, thanks for that though. And ok sounds good stalker! Appreciate all the help man, looks like I'll be going with the Powercoler due to the price, I don't think cooling will be too much of an issue

Let me guess, you run Diablo from a HDD? Diablo 3 needs to be run from a SSD or even a Ramdisk to not get the annoying FPS drops.

If you have decided to go for the Tahiti LE I think the better cooling is worth a little bit of extra money.
Huge difference in overclocking as well but that is no guarantee.

Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450
Only thing is my mobo isn't really oc friendly but I JUST bought it, so not upgrading for a while. come my birthday, I'll see how much money I receive and how much I have saved from work. If I have enough for cooling then I'll go sapphire, if not then powercolor, anything is better than my 560 non ti lmao.
