Diablo 3 PVP - will we lose our gear when die in duels/pvp?
as far I can remember from BlizzCon's. Blizzard said that when you die during pvp, you lose all your gear, similar how it was in good ol' Ultima-Online
Also:
If you die in the dueling world, you will be resurrected in the dueling zone
Death is not permanent in the dueling zone, even for Hardcore characters
