if i faction change a panda will i be able to pick a race from my new faction

i want to take my panda monk to another faction and realm. i was just wondering if i faction change my panda will i be able to pick a race from my new faction?

I think you will cus that's essentially what your paying for. Would be unfair if it was any different.

Good question, I dont see why not, they would be ripping you off if they didn't let you choose a new race if you get a faction change. Also, if for some unknown reason it didn't, you can always put in a ticket to get your money back (after they reverse what has been done of course).
