Youtube keeps buffering

The recent couple of days I haven't been able to watch youtube videos because they just keep buffering. The thing is that it's only youtube that's lagging. Everything else is working fine and I don't have any lag while playing games. My speedtest is below. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

Youtube is having issues, it is the same for a lot of people in Europe.

Same applies for google search. So I'm guessing they're doing, or fixing something with the servers they use to link the two.

Yes, this happens to me on occasion. Can be quite annoying. Will also have problems loading from specific channels, or at certain resolutions. I've had to set some vids from 1080 to 720 because on the first, it would play faster than it'd download, or pause ... I'd have vids pausing when fully loaded on certain settings ... not my pc, because it is overkill and so is my isp for browsing videos (100 down, 5 up; 8 GB DDR3 2200, CPU @ 4.4 GHz, 560 Ti)

You can try using a proxy, it helps for some. There are also some reports that using another DNS such as Googles can help.

in USA; YouTube has been trash recently. Can't even load 360/480p videos faster than they play
