Need help picking out a video card

Like the title says I need help choosing an adequate video card.
My desktop is a gateway sx2865 - ur338
and I want a video card that will run diablo 3, and mass effect 1-3.
I think it has to be a single slot one, the desktop is tiny and my old 8400gs wont fit because its too wide

Too wide (as in from motherboard to side panel) or too long (from back of computer to drive bays)?

If it's too wide, you likely need a low profile card.

motherboard to side panel. I have looked at low profile cards but they still seem too big. Or do they have new brackets in the box with them?
