Unable to upload screenshots to wowdb

I thought I'd try participating in the contest by uploading some screenshots, however when I click on the button to upload a screenshot it just brings up a small window with a text input box that says "title" and a "submit" button that does nothing.

If it is, half the box where you put in the info is getting cutoff which idk how to fix but it gives the people who can a starting point. If what you are seeing is something different can you please post a screenshot of that?

Until it's fixed a work around is if you make your browser window full screen it pops the box into the middle and you can upload the screenshot.
