Its just there for newbie pandas i think. It changes into the ally/horde panda rep when you pick a side i believe

Maybe some future rep? If i remeber well, you unlock that rep during the quest in Vo4W - the one where you train yourself to break stone and such.

I really hope they plan on doing something with it. It's a massive pain in the ass for players like me who have slight OCD, and would like nothing more than seeing all those green reputation bars filled up nicely.
You would've thought they had learned their lesson after all those complaints about the centaur factions, so maybe it'll have something to do with 5.3?
