Barbarian Undergeared?

Hey all, dont know if this is worth posting as a thread. If it is, Im sorry. Anyways, I recently got my barbarian to lvl 60, and have also just started inferno. All throughout hell, I was experiencing a lot more deaths than normal, and its been the same with inferno so far. Is my barbarian somewhat undergeared? I have been told before that he needs more vitality, but that just doesn't seem to do much. Is it my build? Idk, I just dont want to be 2 shotted by any rare in inferno that I have encountered (yes, almost every rare I see i almost/do die from). So am I undergeared for inferno, or just even act 1? If so, what can I do to make my barbarian stronger, so that he is not always dying. Link is below:
