Problem with videos in LoL client

So since I bought new laptop with Win8 and since then I get this problem while trying to watch videos in LoL "Abilities" tab. I have java,all flashes installed that I had on my old laptop,so I have no idea what might be the problem. Messaged support,but haven't got answer yet,so I thought you guys might know.

I've been getting the same exact problem for a long time. I never really thought much of it though as there are so many champion previews/spotlights on youtube.

I'm running windows 7 but I don't really think the OS is the problem, it could be, but idk.

I had Win7 on my old laptop and there was no problem like this.True,tho it's just a bit annoying.
