Focused Aggression is a Semi-hardcore raiding guild that has been raiding since Vanilla. What we want are players who know their class, and are working to know it inside and out. We want players who have the ability to compete at a high level while only looking to commit 3 nights a week to raiding. We strive to see each player work to their fullest potential and create competition even within our ranks. We operate under a Roll system/Loot Council system to prevent absolute bias based on but not limited to seniority, skill, contribution to progression, and attendance.

What we're looking for:

-Age - 20+ (Exceptions can be made)
-Previous Heroic raiding experience
-Ability to make raid times listed below
-Players who are able to think on their feet
-Players who enjoy gaming outside of raid nights
-Players who min/max and enjoy doing so or do so very well


Raid Schedule (EST)

Tuesday: 8pm - 12am
Wednesday: 8pm - 12am
Thursday: 8pm - 12am



We expect raiders to be ready for invites 15 minutes prior to raid times during progression and have a basic understanding of each encounter before the first pull. Raids may run up to 30 minutes after midnight if a kill is imminent.

We do not want players who do not research their own class and need guidance in order to do so. We want players to be self-sufficient, but we are not opposed to teamwork and asking opinions on ideas or strategies. Do not apply if you don't have the time to maximize your character CORRECTLY outside of raid time.
