The real shocker is that Sigourney Weaver is 67 and I would still get in that even if it's dried up like a mummy's tomb.

Workout, botox.
Taking care of yourself basically. Personal trainers, proper food, and simple willpower.
...and HGH/testosterone.

Well..... first of all, a little bit of bottox.. But not much...
And now, without meaning it as an insult. Everyone can look like that, if one doesn't hang around on a computer every free minute wasting their time away on a video game, or in online forums etc..
It's easy to achieve and to maintain with enough self discipline and a healthy lifestyle with well balanced diet and exercise.
For the record here, this is 90% working out 10% anabolic steroids or growth hormones. It's not magic, it still requires a fuck ton of work and dedication to make it all happen.... being rich has nothing to do with it, nothing.

Not true and also not true. Genetics play a huge part in getting big, if your genetics are shit (chubby mom and dad, lazy grandparents etc etc) it'll require MUCH more work than somebody who actualy has the genetics. Steroids aren't magic, you can't just decide to get up from your chair and use steroids to get big it requires a ton of knowledge on how to use properly in moderation and even then it requires years to get there... depending on genetics and how hard you work for it.
Can everyone achieve this ? No, how many people are in this world willing to work out 60 minutes a day 5 days a week and follow a strict diet 24/7 ? Not many, at all. Not to mention, having muscles doesn't mean healthy. Healthy equals lots of cardio, muscles equal not so much cardio.

Genetics, fuck yeah.
It is easily accessible and it is dangerous, here are some of the side effects if you don't know exactly what a you are doing:
Acromegaly
Premature death in case of acromegaly
Heart enlargement due to prolonged use of HGH, which can't be reversed
Low blood sugar with the risk of going into a diabetic coma
Elevated cholesterol levels
Excessive hair growth all over the body
Excessive water retention in the body, leading to edema
Itching of the skin and numbness
Thyroid damage
Liver damage
Muscle and joint pain
Increased hunger
Abnormal fat distribution
Gynecomastia (enlarged breasts in males)
Extended belly
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Swelling and hardening of arteries
Prolonged exposure to HGH can increase the risk of Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
HGH injections can lead to increased risk of cancer.
Injection site reactions are a common side effect of HGH injections.
You're welcome.
