Quick question regarding gear. Please assist.

I have a bit of a conundrum regarding my gear and some potential upgrades. I usually play blood, so Frost isn't my forte - and thus, I am confused! Firstly, my current gear: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...rahertz/simple

Now, the questions are as follows: I have the LFR chest token! This would be enough to grant me the twopiece - but at a heavy stat cost. Is it worth it to do so?
And two: I have the LFR variant of Lei Shin's Final Orders. This is... tricky... because from what I've heard, the Alchemy trinket is fantastic - but I've also heard it's crap. I'm at a loss. ^.^;

Use the 2pc. The stat loss doesn't matter. There's a reason why they're nerfing the 2pc next patch.. It's ridiculously good. LFR Lei Shen's is better than the alchemy trinket. Alchemy trinket is good, but not that good.
