I guess they wanted a once and for all solution to the problem instead of regularly merging realms.

Merging realms looks bad to players and investors, so they avoid it.

I wish my realm was merged into another. Eldre'thalas-US is dead for the last two years.

there has always been LOTS of competition with node farming, its a little thing called 'bots', now with CRZ you have bots from 3-5 different servers making it nigh impossible for people to get past outland lvl crafting due to it (unless you buy what the bots chuck on your AH
