General Recruitment Requirements:

You will need to maintain 80% attendance.
You need to be at least 16+ years old.
You need to have good knowledge of your class and keep up to date with any changes.
You will need Teamspeak 3 installed, have a microphone and use it.
You need to show up on time for the raids you sign for.
You need to be able to take constructive critism.
You need to prepare for new encouters by watching or reading tactics.
You need to be a team player.
