I put forward a petition for a young orc shaman named Traask to be introduced to the game for the Siege of Orgrimmar, a minor character who will stand infront of Grommash Hold before horde heroes and the raid passionately defending Garrosh and his actions. Proclaiming him a true orc and rubbishing the pathetic weak regime of old, before being one shotted by Thrall, only for Garrosh to be defeated and become a general of the Horde again leading orcish armies in the warchief's stead. Johnny Awesome is proclaimed warchief soon after.

No, all the Sha are negative emotions, Anger, Fear, Violence, Doubt.

Garrosh is strong right now, the tag "warrior" doesnt mean all he can do is swing an Axe. In this universe warriors also posses magical skills normal people dont have (shockwave, thunderclap, avatar) Garrosh will surely use Sha power to make himself stronger, maybe mix in some Titan/mogu relic that enhances his power aswell.

He like any other racial leaders, except malfurion and thrall, is less powerfull than any player character; but for the sake of the game they make them more powerfull to avoid anyone oneshotting them like gamon.

I'm glad we have a dictator in Warcraft, I don't give a shit if NPC #23703 is suffering, Garrosh is so much fun to have around that it's gonna be sad to see him go.
But it this way. Well I will get great satisfaction downing Garrosh, for you it could be 'well at least he died fighting'.

Unless blizzard makes him into a coward in the end.

So if not for game mechanics, any given night elf priestess could be as strong as Tyrande? Okayy

Rumor indicates a goblin fired a spear and hit the dragon, all Garrosh did was swing his axe around blindly and took credit for the kill.

Soon they will interview the goblin who did it, but they will keep his face in the shadows so Garry won't come after him.

Garrosh is like super strong. When I saw him at the mall he held my pocketbook all the way to Macy's which is like a fifteen minute walk. His feet started to hurt him in his high heels though, but I told him, "soldier on girlfriend." and then his breasts grew three sizes that day.

    He's strong.

I guess you think thats funny so well done for trying. But see I have a legitimate reason to hate characters like Garrosh, you know, since there designed to be douchebags, where as others in the community hate on genuine good guys like Thrall or Vol'jin or even Anduin for being good? Oh yeah, I'm the one with morality issues...

Personally I think Garrosh will not be corrupt by sha. I'm not a fan of the his but you all forget he is a warchief and to be a warchief clearly you need more then just muscle. He is a strategic leader and he fooled the best of leaders multiple times over. He destroyed theramore. Wiped it out to rubble. He managed to have the focusing iris stolen under the noses of dragons.
I think he will fool us all again when we all find out that everything is a front including the attack on Vol'jin. I bet Vol'jin and garrosh planned all this out and it will lead to the death of Varian. Garrosh is more then just a brute hes pretty smart and sneaky. something to this degree wouldn't shock me if he pulled it off.

  15. #55
Sha are definitely going to be involved. After the Divine Bell quest I don't even know how you could argue otherwise. Its just a question of whether they're going to control him, or he's going to control them.

  16. #56
    Garrosh himself:
Physical Strength: High mortal range :
He is shown in game to be VERY powerful. He one shots the twilight drake. He shattered the divine bell.

Fighting Skill: High mortal range :
He has gone toe to to with Varian a few times and he came to a draw seemingly every time.
He fought Thrall in the prelude to Wrath, again a draw over all.
He came very close to losing to Carine Bloodhoof in the first seconds of there fight because he was to cocky and instantly rushed for the killing blow leaving himself defenseless, only winning in the end because of the poison.

    Tactics / Leadership:
    Low - Mid ranged :
Bloodlust blinds him often to make stupid moves / tactics. Thrall noticed that the survivors of the Horde campaign into Northrend loved him because he was one of them. He didn't rule / lead from his keep. He was in the mud with the grunts fighting the undead / alliance. Brute force over smart tactics is how I personally see Gorrash leading.

Control over the Kor'kon: Nearly cult like :
Like Gorrash they seem to love the glory the war is bringing them / the Horde. Even telling Thrall that they will never listen to him again.

Gorrash himsellf could easily be a raid worthy boss (Any faction leader could be), but to make him the end boss of a expac he needs to be juiced up on something.

Sha? The theory was there were SEVEN sha. We fought 6. Is there another? OR If they are indeed the broken pieces of defeated old god maybe the remaining part is the more physical shell of the former full old god. But is another sha / weakened old god what we need. I think no.

The Burning Legion? This; Garrosh failed at trying to use the Sha. 5.2 says he is still down in the K. Wilds fighting the Alliance. I think he has failed at using the sha and will be contacted by the Legion. They will remind him that the Horde did once take down Stormwind and nearly defeat the Alliance....when they followed the legion. They will lie, they him they failed because they were weak, they left the legion. His ego will get the better of him. He will think he can control the tainted blood more then his weak father. Felorc Garrosh is my hopes.

Felorc Garrosh - Like the Hulk with a giant axe. I can even see how I would make the fight. It would be below ORG (deeper areas of RFC). Warlocks around the large cave room, channeling into portals. The locks can not be targeted yet. 9Making this up on the spot lol)

    100% HP - 0 Rage - Normal raid fight. Ads Kor'kon mainly
    - As the HP goes down the rage goes up - More rage = more damage. The last 10% is a huge burn phase. Unreal amounts of damage.

    - 75% ish - Garrosh will also begin sometimes swinging his axe up, hitting the roof of the cave. (Of course Fel garrosh is MUCH bigger then whiny Nagrand garrosh). Stone spikes fall down, impaling anyone they hit to the ground. If a player (or more is hit) one of the active Kor'kon ads will turn and run to the pinned player to execute them. If they make it to the player they will 1 shot them. The players must kill the ad, pick up his weapon and use it to shatter the spike freeing the player. These ads will only drop the weapon if a player is pinned. Kill them early and no weapon.

    - 50% ish - BOOOONESTOR----Errr, Bladestorm! Had to toss this in. Garrosh being a Arms warrior with Gorehowl, you know it will play a part.
Afterwhich the fight returns to normal. Ads, cave ins, spikes, executing ads. Portals growing in the back ground.

    - 25% ish - Warlocks portals are done now. Garrosh reaches down, fully enraged with a bloodlust down grabs a Korkon ad, biting him in two. The remaining Kor'kon retreat out of the caves after seeing what is becoming of Garrosh. New ads - Demons from the portals.

You get Garrosh down to 10%, his damage is crazy and mostly tank based now. You have a very short time to burn him down. You beat him, he falls to his knees. Some hero (Most likely Thrall) comes out to steal the killing blow. Garrosh screams out facing the portal for ad "HELP ME! You promised -" he is cut off by a very loud voice from inside the portal "Silence whelp! You are weak like your father Hellscream. Let me show you true power!"

Two giant hands comes through the portal, pressing against the walls, the heroes realize that whatever this is can't fit in here and they are about to be crushed as whoever this is forces its way up and through the swallow earth into Org.

Thrall begins trying to collapse the area onto the creature, forcing it back into the portal. Of course he needs the players help, you begin to burn down a few support pillars around the cave WITH a time limit. If you hit the limit, your are hit with a AOE fire blast as the portal fully opens and you are burned to death / crushed by the Earth.

Finish them off and you get a movie of the caves collapsing and the thing yelling as it is forced back. Your screen goes dark, it lightens up seconds later as Thrall moves some rocks off of you. (They have you in some movies in the game, it would be neat if they show you in the final one). He gives you some speech about how you saved Azeroth, etc etc.

(Fight seems a bit messy but I did wing it over a few minutes lol. Opens it up to the next big bad and how the Heroes pulled of the victory against all odds at the 11th hour).

This opens up for the BL invasion a lot of us believe will be in the next expansion.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lore Kill: The horde. The Alliance think this is a kill they deserve, and in many ways they do. BUT, look at it this way, if the Alliance defeat him, why woul dthey hand ORG back to the Horde. They wouldnt. Also it will put across the message that the horde needed the Alliance to step in and save them because they were all to scared of Garrosh. I think the Horde will be given the lore kill, which sends a message to the Alliance as well saying "Garrosh was our problem and we took care of it".

I'm not going to jump on the train with them but you have stated several times how much you hate Alliance races simply for being Alliance races...

I was watching 5.1 Horde quest chain on Youtube, and I remember in one of them Garrosh was shown as really badass, when road to the temple or something was covered in bodies of Mogu (was it Mogu?) after he crossed it.

  19. #59
He's not. That is why he wanted the Divine Bell so Badly. Anyone can leave a pile of corpses behind them.

Sadly he's still just another ordinary orc squandering all of Thrall's hard work. No magical powers but the ability to attract fanboys.
    True story.

I thought Lor'themar did that? Maybe I'm mis-remembering though. I do recall he throws gorehowl into the captive mogu that was about to get the jump on you.
