This is in the city I live in. Has a a gorgeous lake and a few miles of walking/bike trails through the woods around it. I realize that you guys all posted bigger fancier castles, but this one is mine and that makes it win. Sorry.

Somewhere in the old chat thread that blew up and got closed, there was a gif of a bunch of norwegian metal guys prancing around in the snow. I don't know who originally posted it but I do remember that I quoted it because it was too awesome to be seen just once... I'm not going through all the effort to find it, but that is now my mental image any time someone mentions norwegian metal. I don't care how badass they think they are, all I see is a bunch of dudes with white-painted faces and black leather jackets doing a duck-walk through snow.
