One that might be worth trying is Tailoring/engineering as both those active buffs can really work wonders on your 1min cooldowns (bloodbath/dragon roar), though for overall max stats skinning+blacksmithing is the way to go.

I generally don't like playing Whack-A-Mole... I mean, Whack-A-Proc...

That and a pally bubble hearth'd on me once in vanilla and I wanted to cry. Now I have shattering throw!

Engineering + BS is definitely the way to go. Synapse springs lines up with BB and DR every time and plays very well together with our cooldown stacking mentality so it's golden, and has some useful gizmos too . BS gives +640 crit from the 2 sockes so it's amazing.
