Raid wide Debuff uptime tracker?

Hi, I'm looking for a raid wide debuff up time tracker addon, mainly because i'd like to keep track on our dps and their performance during raid.
Something along on the lines of sunder armor up time or curse of elements weaken blows?

Isn't Sunder and Weakened Blows baked into abilities now? So their uptime should be pretty much 100%

As for addons, no clue but you can track all that in World of Logs.

I haven't used it before, but I believe Skada should be able to do what you're asking.

Use world of logs live session.
Some months ago i used Utopia for this purpose, but i think it's outdated meanwhile.
