My guild just started pulling him today and we're trying the 3 tank, permanent construct strat.
Raid comp:
Prot Pally
Prot Warrior
Blood DK
Resto Shaman
Holy Pally
Ele Shaman
Surv Hunter
Boomkin
Shadow Priest
Warlock
We get 3 Reshapes in P1. The first two people that get Reshaped each eat two pools and the 3rd person that gets reshaped is the permanent construct (he eats pools throughout all of P2). The permanent construct stacks the debuff on Amber Shaper during P2.
In P2, we DPS down each new Reshape target (they don't eat any pools) to 20% health and they stack the debuff on the Monstrosity until their Willpower reaches around 16, which is when they press 4 and get out. Once the construct hits 20% health, DPS switch to killing the small amber adds.
The problem we're having is stacks keep dropping off the Monstrosity during P2 because of the gap between a construct hitting 16 Willpower and the next Reshape happening. We have no problem interrupting ourselves or interrupting the Monstrosity, but we can't figure out how to not let the debuff stacks drop off the Monstrosity in P2.

Any tips for this boss? Should the permanent construct alternate Amber Striking the Monstrosity and Amber Shaper to bridge the gap between the Reshapes?
