The CPU and the motherboard that you chose aren't compatible and the CPU is weak. The PSU can deliver way more power than you would actually need. Here are my suggestions. I don't know if you have a separate HDD already where you can store most of your data, but if you don't, you might want to consider one because the space on an SSD is quite low.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Microcenter)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($104.99 @ Newegg)
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($127.00 @ Adorama)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card ($244.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
    Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($77.98 @ SuperBiiz)
    Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer ($15.99 @ Newegg)
    Total: $860.92

Stalkerzzzz list is okay the only things I would change are the ram and video card

7850 is probably enough to run whatever you need to run as far as the ram goes ripsaws have big clunky useless heatsinks on them get something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820233186
