I dont thinkt thats an arrow, i think its a pen, as she has notes written in both pictures.

They say the pen is mightier then the sword...might she be some kinda of adc who uses a pen as a focus to distribute justice?

Could still be an arrow, and she uses a Quill pen instead, with all the feathers laying about. On the first page in the upper left corner, looks like a ink bottle on top of the paper.
To me, looks like a Demacia-ish arrow tip.

2nd pic at the top of the note is a piece of charcoal which is what was used to take the notes. That is definately an arrow or a bolt at the bottom.

I'm guessing she'll be 1/2 way between Swain and Ashe, a mix of bow and bird based attacks. Maybe a Lulu style passive....

Am I the only one that is thinking of her actually having wings? That whole 'go where the Demacian army cant go' and the 'takes wing' bit are pretty suggestive. Besides Kayle and Morg and maybe Kah'zix... Oh amd Anivia... We dont have too mamy winged Champs.

It's more likely the charcoal was used for the drawings and not the notes, the writing is blue ink most likely from the inkwell in the first image. Doesn't mean the other object is a pen though, could be a bolt and the feather is the quill.

Hmm... maybe she's next generation (they said something about "new mind" - seems like some new mechanic) morph champ? From human early game she becomes half-hawk late game. But how can bird use arrows?

Also - I don't know why but I feel like she has something to do with LeBlanc.
