Which upgrade first

I am unsure if I should upgrade 476 to 496 boots or 483 weapon first.

Boots are:

OR

Upgrade the weapon from

to the double upgraded wersion.

As a BrM I'd usually pick significant armor item upgrade over weapon (especially a 483) as the improvement to weapon damage isn't as key a factor to us. I personally had to purchase the 496 boots since they never seemed to drop and just now got around to upgrading my 496 Empress claw.

I also prioritize rings/neck pretty low since they don't get an armor boost for the points compared to other slots.
