Tell Me When / Need To Know - debuff tracking.

have a question.

is it possible to track debuffs in this addons (for example Freezing Trap) on mobs without focusing/targeting them?
i mean, i need to trap specific mob (if its help - freezing trap make freezing trap debuff on target), and i dont wanna focusing him. (and i cant target either)
