When you try to open your Heart box or even Brawler's bags you receive the currency but not the items inside. Happened to me with 4 dif toons.

That means there's nothing in the bag except the currency. Happens a lot with holiday bags.

The its coincidense my rogue opened it and got items beside VP and all my others toon couldnt open bag and only got VP?

RNG is random. The vast majority all you get is VP

Yes. You won't always get tokens. Sometimes you'll get nothing.
