RaF bonus applies to acc or sender?

I asked this in official forums too but didn't get an answer.
I have two accs merged into one account. I sent RaF to a friend.

Anyone tried and know if the XP bonus will apply to the login I sent it from or both logins since they are on same merged account (for example I share heirlooms and mounts).
