    Nerubian tameable ?

Hello there, I've recently started leveling a hunter alt and during my leveling I noticed that the Silithid in Tanaris/Un`goro/Silithus are tameable. I am lore nerd myself and found something interesting/stupid, you see in WoW lore Nerubians descend from the Silithid race and since the Silithid are tameable the Nerubians should also be so. I think Blizzard should hotfix the Silithid since they are humanoid race same as the Nerubians and Mantid. What do you think ?

The qiraji are sentient equivalent of the nerubians and the mantid, not the silithid.

The Silithid and Nerubians are an insectoid race. The Mantid are a insect-like humanoid race.

    Amazing sig compliments of Alyajna!

Silithid (mindlesss working bug) =/= qiraji (sentient race)

Silithids are tagged beasts, Qiraji and Mantid are tagged humanoid, Nerubians are tagged undead. If you want a pet Nerubian you need a DK and the pet will only be for the duration of the control undead spell.

Silithids are mindless animals, essentially just giant bugs. The Qiraji are intelligent bug-men who keep and breed silithids, same as how quilboars are pig-men who keep boars around. Likewise, Mantids are mantis-men, while their Kunchong are beasts they breed for war, and Nerubians are spider-men, who keep giant spiders around.

And similar to how Homer Simpson kept Mojo, the helper-monkey around.
