    does this SSD work with my motherboard?

    CRUCIAL SSD intern Crucial v4 - 128 GB SATA 3.0 Gb/s

    with

    ASUS P8Z68-V PRO

    will these work together?

    Yes but the v4 is a slow SSD, I would suggest you get a SSD with SATA-3 6Gb/s.
