Increased LFR drop rates

Hey everyone, just have a quick question. In 5.2 I know the 5.0 LFR will have increased drop rates for items but what I'm uncertain of is whether or not sigils also drop more often. Does anyone know?

It's unlikely, considering they have never increased the abysmally low drop rate in Firelands.
