    Graphics card help.

I'm planning on building a computer and have everything sorted but I can't come to a decision on the graphics card and before coming to my own decision I would like to know what your opinion or suggestion may be on the ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II and ASUS Radeon HD7970 DirectCU II

    In advance, thank you.

The 7970 is better equipped for higher resolutions, has more VRAM if you're into modding, has more overclocking headroom and generally performs better regardless.

Plus you get Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite for free if you buy off of Newegg or Amazon.

If they are the same price I would go with the 7970.
    Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
    Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450

I'd prefer Gigabyte, but I'm a nitpicker (nothing wrong with ASUS, I've just been more satisfied with Gigabyte).

Given those two choices, and assuming you are unlikely (<5-8%) to ever add a secondary card, I'd go with the HD7970

depends what games the OP intends to play at what settings + if any plans for tripple screen setup.
