PSU is a bit overkill but it was cheap anyway and will last you a while if you decide to upgrade some parts.

If you want you can drop down to a i3-3220 and go for a Radeon 7870XT instead.

I would go with the second build personally... (the one from jhold)

It has the capacity for upgrading in the future, and has a good step up in GPU.
