    wtf build?

I peruse Craigslist pretty often, looking for deals or something interesting to fix up... when I ran across this.

    http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/sys/3613312453.html

I swear I wasn't trolling, so I emailed him saying if he REALLY wanted to sell it... Might want to drop the price to like.... 400. He tells me it runs WoW on ultra just fine. I just.. I didn't have words. Then he started doing angry emails that he's "a pc geek don't try and talk my shit down bro." No seriously. He laid out the b-card.

400 is pushing it, i'd offer 200 for it, mostly for the 7 ult license, the rest would just go in my junk room with the other computer stuff i have lying around

I figured.. the Phenom II X6 1100T is a good CPU... just... not as good as an i5. And with a truely abysmal video card, a decent cpu can only do so much.

it's good for day to day tasks, i have a few, i use them for small servers or test machines, but not for gaming, i used to be really into AMD, but when my intel i7 laptop outperformed my 1090t in gaming i new it was time to switch

With a computer name sikness_pc. Yep this guy is as hardcore as they come, Pretty sure his actual rig makes the pentagon's systems look like a zuse z3. There is always some out there like that, I think the most depressing part is some silly bugger will believe him and think they are getting some amazing deal.

I mentioned that, brand new, those parts (excluding the monitor, since I know nothing about it) comes to about 800... including the 750w Gold PSU and Win7 Ultimate... I asked where the other $700 was. He said he'd 'meet me half way' at 800 (from my 400 quote).. I wasn't interested, I was just trying to help him out. I asked why someone would pay 800 for that setup, when they could get something probably twice as good for... the same price.

    Also, wtf 4 hard drives?

    ...what?

I just built a pc for a friend for 1k that would walk all over that.

Dude is NUTS. Heck I built my old gaming rig with a 955BE with 6850 CF for less than 1k o-O
