Iconoclast is a semi-hardcore 10 man raiding guild on US-Stormreaver. We raid 10PM to Midnight (sometimes extending to 1 AM) server (Central) time Monday through Thursday.

We are in need of an exceptional restoration shaman and melee dps in our core 10 man raid group. An individual that shows up on time every night (and lets us be aware of an absence), knows how to use their cooldowns effectively, and has exceptional raid awareness is preferred. It is extremely important to our raid group that you are responsible for yourself and don't need your hand held during every encounter. It's expected you flask, have 300 food, have your profession buffs, and properly prepared gear. Looking at videos or forums on your own time is expected and necessary.

We finished out Cataclysm with Heroic Dragon Soul on farm and were ranked realm 14 in progression. This tier, we have had multiple personnel changes due to IRL situations and haven't made as much progress as we'd like (currently ranked Realm 35, Alliance 4th). We are currently progressing in heroic MSV with heroic HOF next on the list. The entire raid group is over the age of 21 and everyone has jobs, careers, school, and family. We have all raided together for years and have a friendly family type of atmosphere.

Our loot system is basic need/greed, and we use Ventrilo.
