ABOUT THE GUILD:
BPEMETO is one of the oldest guilds on EU-Emeriss, formed in the beginning of TBC. We decided to move the guild to EU-Kazzak however, because of Emeriss' extremely low population.
The guild is Bulgarian and is recruiting Bulgarians only.
The guild is looking for a couple of skilled and responsible players with experience and knowledge for their respective class and spec to fill up our raiding roster. We are urgently recruiting a tank, so applications from any classes will be considered, even though Paladins/DKs or Monks are strongly preferred. We're also looking for a Rogue and possibly a Monk/Priest healer.
RAIDING STYLE AND SCHEDULE:
BPEMETO is a 10man raiding guild with current progress of 10/13 HC in ToT.
During progression we mostly raid 4 nights a week - Wed/Thu/Mon/Tue - from 19:30 to 23:00 CET (GMT+1).
Fridays and Saturdays are officially days off and, depending on progression and on our raiders' schedules, we may or may not choose to raid Sundays.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
* Be well informed about your class and spec's strengths and weaknesses.
* Have experience as a heroic mode raider.
* Be quick to learn and adapt to new and unfamiliar boss mechanics.
* Always be informed about the latest changes regarding your class and spec.
* Always have the most adequate gear, enchants, gems, reforges etc. While gear is never the first thing we consider when reviewing an application, proper usage of item enhancements and reforging will show us what you really know about your class.
* Be familiar with boss tactics and what might be expected from you in different encounters.
* Have the right attitude - always keep in mind that you are playing as part of a team. Be willing to accept criticism and improve, as well as help your teammates improve in any possible way.
* Last but not least - do not apply unless you feel confident that you will be able to keep your commitment to the guild and to raiding - we keep a tight roster and expect from every raider to sign up and show up for raid nights.
