I do. A few weeks after Reading Day of the Dragon it was unvailed that he would die in the Events leading up to MoP. Sucks hard :/
Especially that i (as a horde player) helped in the Action that would lead to the Destruction t.t

Absolutely not. And I hope Knaak cried his eyes out when it happened.

P.S. Jaina should have died in there too.

Why so much hatred towards Knaak? He may not be the best writer ever, but he's certainly not a bad one. Granted, Rhonin character didn't work out well, but I'm convinced the man is aware of his mistake.

Everyone makes mistakes, don't cross out the guy only because of his "fabulously red-haired" mistake.

Isn't Knaak writing the next two books to come out? Don't worry he'll have time to create even more invincible characters, with untold mystical powers.

I don't really mind his writing, other than the outlandish things such as holding up the entire roof of grim batol while unconscious and summoning in his raptor army the story is pretty good :P

I know. I still hope Knaak cried that Christie killed his character.

was never really relevant in the actual game so its hard for me to miss someone whom i had really little to no interaction with, so no, if i were still playing there would be not part of me that would care

Rho Who? LOL not really the dude was pretty much a nobody in the game and i dont read the book so i have no idea who the dude was besides the leader of the kirin tor.

Knaak is writing the e-book series that tells the story of Galakrond (there's an excerpt on the Battle.net site I believe), so I doubt Blizzard was cutting ties by killed Krasus and Rhonin.

I actually liked Rhonin's presentation in Tides of War; Golden made him much more realistic and easy to relate to. I didn't much care for anything else in the book though. In general, I didn't like Rhonin's character (or Knaak's writing style), but he was somewhat redeemed by how Golden wrote him before his death. I won't miss him, though.

Ehh, I liked him in War of the Ancients, but he was never really relevant to the game itself.

I should read the other books he was in. The raptor army was in...Day of the Dragon, right? I want to see that! ;D

Lets face it. Rhonin was a swell guy. he liked drinking, the ladys and shooting some B-ball after school with his mates. He shall be sorely missed

    RIP Big Guy

Never have I seen better proof that Jaina (who else could it be?) is pants-on-head crazy.

Rhonin is dead? he still sends my alts mail with pots when they reach 80 and again, no hint of it at all in game...
I don't think this matters nearly as much as you think it does.
