WoL, how do I read it to improve

I have been wondering how do I exactly read my WoL and compare it to others to see how I can improve. Normally I just see my inq uptime, and notice when others use their buffs and such but that is all.
I want to know if I can do more and hopefully do better.

some fights were bad because we are trialing a new tank but I am more concerned about H-wind lord.
