focus & no focus macro

just wondering if it's possible to make a macro on my hunter.....or for any other class that would first cast a spell on my focus (top priority) target if i have a focus, let's say i'm using the hunter spell 'silencing shot', but if i don't have a focus it will cast it on whatever my current target is?
