Owning the farm

With 5.2 looking like it will drop on Mar 5 and with it the opportunity to own the farm. Does anyone hanve any ideas if it will be a single quest to take ownership or a series of quests (rep) to take over.
Also, will this apply to all characters on the battlenet account or to individual characters?
Trying to figure out how far I need to go for alts once 5.2 hits.

You have to be exalted with the Tillers then you can do a quest to get ownership. It is individual to the character.
