Help with kitty dps

Well, as the title suggests I'm looking for some help with my kitty dps. Heres my link to armory

Simcraft has me at 72k dps, but I'm very confused with what I should do. I had previously stacked alot more haste, which has simmed higher in dps even though mastery and crit are valued so much higher. I'm trying to squeeze out all I can, my rotation is solid. Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions?

Rip uptime is really low, rake and SR needs to be much higher. I'd say Rip 85% to 90% with Doc, Rake as close as possible to 100% and always re-apply with trinket procs, TF and such, SR 95%+.
You missed a lot of predatory swiftness procs for DoC.
Cap hit and exp so you can get buffed bleeds easier.
Only did 3 NS for DoC on a 5 min fight.
At least use trash on OoC procs, with your mastery I'd say its worth to keep up as much as possible.
Strength enchant for gloves is maybe better then mastery, get DMC if you have the money much better than reg or lfr terror.
I would gem for straight agi on boots and belt

I would change from DoC and get HotW. Unless you aren't maximizing DoC usage then your dps will suffer. Even though your rotation is solid I would try downloading Ovale Spell Priority and Nerian's scripts and make sure you are using the same rotation. You can find the addons here.

Looking at your terrific uptimes, you should not play DoC. It's for when you are ready to be challenged to perform better than normally. You are not executing your rotation well at all. sorry it seems a bit harsh.

I would suggest going for SotF and NV as I find those two to be doing quite a bit better than HotW.

I could be wrong (only have read these logs a few times) but it looks like your Savage Roar uptime is still low (44%). That needs to be as close to 100% as you can get. You have the glyph for it so you can always pop it with no combo points and your next 5pt can be savage roar. Also Rake and Rip look low

Are you looking at overall or particular boss's. Tsulong, Lei shi, and sha are not very kitty friendly fights. Compare to queen with 95% uptime on SR.

You should always, ALWAYS have savage roar up, as long as you are attacking something. It doesn't matter at all if the fight is "kitty friendly" or not. Savage roar > all.
Again, your DoC seems to not be working out for you well. You should, at the very least, be switching your talents on a fight to fight basis.
Tsulong: HotW
Lei Shi: Nature's Vigil
Sha of Fear: Nature's Vigil (coupled with berserk and fearless buff, or for being used on add) or Dream of Cenarius if staying on boss all the time on main platform.
Grand Empress: HotW
