fastest way to catch up with the guild !?

i lost my account and i had to level a new character and now it is 455 item level

What is the best way gearing up, i have been spamming heroics and scenarios and been doing dominion offense dailies for the past few days.

any tips might help.

I don't have the time to gear up, as i did when the expansion started. So i dont think i can farm rep for the original factions ( i hope they not important in 5.2 )

Restore your account or ask your guild for a gear-run?

Cap your valor, do dailies for elder charms (you'll earn rep too), get as many coins as possible and use them in LFR when 5.2 hits because loot chances for the old LFRs will be increased then. Also, spend your valor in 5.2 because older items will be cheaper, so you'll get a piece more.

You can also buy some epics on the AH or get some crafted.

Or... get your guild to boost you through Mogu'shan normal/as-many-heroic-bosses-as-possible-for-your-guild and the likes. It's what we do with some skilled guildies who want to start raiding with us again in 5.2.
