I cant stand his laughing anymore in SSS, i cant hear myself think when trying to choose a tabard or arrange the damn Guild Bank to be more orderly with his spamming his laughter.

i didnt mind the clanking, grunting and laughter in shatarath compared to this, cause it was a varied sound. THIS, is just the same dwarf spamming the same laugh sound file over and over in a row.

he's doing it now. Shoving my dagger into his spine and sliding it up and down is a very inviting fantasy right now.

Do horde have someone like him?

I.. honestly havent noticed. Then again, I'm out in the world, hunting rares and doing dailies and looting Onyxiamounts.

Maybe it's 'cause I'm a dwarf myself and his laugh is pretty normal to me. Looking at wowhead I can tell you're not alone in this though.
