hello thereI'm back playing wow after leaving as soon as MoP came out. I'm obviously behind on things so if you guys don't mind, i would appreciate any tips/suggestions on how to gear up, spec and most importantly rotations. I'm a pvp rogue

Rogues had the least amount of changes from xpack. should be quite similar. Just new poisons, shroud, and things easy researchable in new mop rogue guides.
