Frost 4-set

Yo guys,

I just got my 4th tier item via Rf and was wondering if i should replace my higher ilvl check (496) and shoulders (486) to get the 4 set or would it not be worth it? Heres me armory. Cheers for any advice

I'd honestly check out mister robot and see how it looks. You can use the tool for stat/dps comparison by moving around which peices you are "wearing" and optimizing them.
It might trump the shoulders but I dont know about the chest. You'll have to look.

I'd say sim it, but my gut says the 4p is just that good. Give it a shot. Halving the CD on IV is amazing.
