Nalak the storm dude?

Where does he spawn on the PTR? I have been on the PTR exclusively for a about a week have they tested him at all and do we know his spawn location(s)? Assuming its on Thunder Isle but I dont see a real good open area for him to spawn unless maybe he's just a patrol around the forest area? (which I think would be cool)

Any ideas or confirmations?

He spawns in front of the entrance to the raid. Although I have also seen him flying around the back of the palace, but that was early in the PTR.
