    Push/Pull setup in Corsair C70

So I have a Corsair H100i installed at the top of my Corsair C70 case. I've been trying to figure out how to run a push/pull setup when there isn't room for the fans due to clearance issues. Then it hit me, get some slim fans. It took me a while but I finally found http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835705066 . http://www.gelidsolutions.com/produc...=2&id=84&tab=2 for more specs on those fans.

Will these work well enough for radiator fans? I'm currently using http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Will the 2 different types of fans work well together?

They have about half the static pressure of a Noctua NF-F12 fan, I would recommend it. Also if you run 2 different kind of fans in push/pull they can work against each other.

Why don't you just stick to the GTs you have now? They are excellent fans.

    NF-F12 2.61mm/H2O
    1850RPM GT 2.057mm/H2O
    Gelid Slim 1.35mm/H2O

I don't have enough room to run 4 of the GT's in a push/pull configuration. They're just a little to thick and end up hitting my ram. Should I even worry about push/pull config when my cpu doesn't go over 65c under medium load at 4.5ghz?

On something like the H100i you will only see maybe a 2-4C difference at most because it is a thin rad. For just changing fan configuration not terrible, but it is a very small bump in performance. Then there is the extra noise from more fans.

I used two sp 120s and two sythe slim fans and the two sythe fans really didnt do anything at all. I ended up just hacking my case to make room. There might be old pics of my set up in the pic thread. After the cut and four sp 120s I noticed a much bigger change

Just skip it and use your current GT.
