Crafting suggestion

I haven't played for a while and just recently came back. With a new toon and a new server.
But what I really wanted to say is while lvling and starting on my proffs, I was thinking it would be neat if they added be same crafting system as in Pandaria. With this I mean when you craft green common gear/weapons that there's a chanse to get a blue rare item out of it or learn the plans for it (just an idea). This would make crafting for all lvls more rewarding and enjoyable and I'm sure that twinks will be all ovet this
I hope ppl like the idea, let me know what you think.
Or maybe you think think it's crapvot you got a better idea to improve crafting or make it more fun/ enjoyable your free to discus.
