Looks legit to me. With all the traffic that mmo-champ gets that's WoW specific it wouldn't surprise me they have someone designated to keep tabs on the site in their CS department. Looking over his post history, he often times just provides information that's available on the WoW forums, contact numbers, or other general support tips.

I doubt anyone can just simply edit their own title to something like ''Blizzard'' and change its font color to blue. So it's most likely real.

I think he would get hassled a lot more than he may be now if they announced it officially, that'd be like putting a target on someone's head where everyone can just spam his inbox or call him out in a thread like they do with threads on battle.net asking for Blues.

I don't think I've seen many threads pop up asking for Araxom directly.

Because people aren't aware that he posts here. No wonder, Araxom registered just a month ago.

Zarhum registered 2012 and has posted ONCE. People simply don't know they're actually registered here with "special" priveligies.

Honestly, I'm flattered by all the attention- not that I deserve it necessarily! I assure you this is no invasion. Do not adjust your television sets. The sound of the alarm is but a minor inconvenience. If you see Blizzard checkpoints set up along the road, pay no mind. It is simply for your own protection.

Alas, I will not be in a position to discuss gameplay mechanics and the like, and I will be doing absolutely no moderation of the MMO threads. Think of me like your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. But without the webs. Or the outfit. Or the spider powers.

Basically, I will be dropping into general CS related posts. The idea is not to be here and have me fix the one-off issues or circumvent the normal avenues (ticket/calls/chat) system but to try and clear up and general confusion about things that maybe a lot of people are getting hung up about.
