PoM Pyro question

If I have a hot streak up and use my PoM will i be able to instant pyro 2 times or will the PoM and hotstreak get used up at the same time resulting in only 1 instant pyro?

PoM will not be used by other instant or channeled spells, so no, Hot Streak will not consume Presence of Mind.
