    Can't see buffs on other players

    If I select a player, I can not see their buff icons, such as mounts or self-buffs.

    in options you should have option to show only my buffs on the target
    simply untick it

    more accurate is

    esc -----> interface -----> buffs and debuffs ----> untick castable buffs
